Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Tampa Appliance Repair provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in the Tampa Bay area. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and freezers.
Service Appointments
- Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. We will confirm your appointment time and arrival window.
- Access: You must provide our technicians access to the appliance and work area. A person 18 years or older must be present.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions.
Pricing and Payment
- Service Call Fee: A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee is applied toward the repair if you proceed with service.
- Estimates: We provide upfront estimates before beginning any repair work. You must approve the estimate before work begins.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks.
- Additional Work: If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval.
Warranty
- Labor Warranty: All repair work is covered by a 365-day labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will re-service at no additional labor charge.
- Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically 90 days to 1 year depending on the part.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Limitations of Liability
Tampa Appliance Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects not related to our service
- Food spoilage or other consequential damages
- Damage caused by power surges, flooding, or acts of nature
- Issues arising from customer modifications or repairs
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensuring safe access to the appliance and work area
- Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
- Following proper appliance use and maintenance guidelines
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tampa Appliance Repair and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:
